Welcome back to the new semester, CRS! You have officially made it to the half-way point of the 2021-2022 school year. We hope that you are feeling refreshed for this term after this well deserved month-long break.
Liceo kicks off this semester with an informative virtual orientation on Google Workspace as learning will be done in the safety of our homes. Strengthening our abilities to direct around an online setting is key to becoming an organized and well managed student. With rising levels of positive cases in major cities in the Philippines, Liceo has postponed plans for in person learning and will be determined on February 2nd. Information was sent out from a January 14 memorandum by the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs. We remind everyone to take caution and always prepare yourself with the proper safety equipment such as masks and hand sanitizer.
On the lighter side of things, CRS officially launched merchandise for all of the students in the department. They are taking pre-orders as of now. The last day to order is set on Saturday the 29th. The shop includes shirts and sweatshirts featuring the college logo. You can also accessorize yourself with a trendy tote bag for any use. This semester, our events include a school wide celebration; Foundation Day. In which, we commemorate the day Liceo de Cagayan University was established. The university dedication event will be held in February with activities planned by each college department. Be on the lookout for further announcements in the next couple of weeks.
